Using the Super Fast App, tap the menu button, then tap just to the right of the Edit button, exposing a drop-down menu. From the drop-down menu, tap Detail. From here, locate the BG element, then select the appropriate background from the gallery. To view different backgrounds, click the link in the header of the BG element.
